Does anyone know what has happened to Patrick's Masonic Path forum which was also at proboards? 'Twas at masonicpath.proboards.com/index.cgiSince yesterday I have been seeing the message: Uh oh! It looks like this forum doesn't exist any more. The forum admin has opted to remove it from the ProBoards service.

Brother offramp.
I sincerely hope you dont take this the wrong way. And for the record I have no idea what has happened to Leos Board, I hiope if he has not removed it himself he manages to get it up and running and I wish him well, he will always be welcome here.
However, soon after The Masonic path was set up, you immediately left MFoL and posted how you couldnt wait to join Leo because MFoL was no longer for you (or very similar) Now I take no offence from this, you are quite rightly entitled to your view and indeed to act on that view, which you did.
I find it a little amusing that you should think that any of our members would know what has happened and the first post you make since 'jumping ship' is to enquire after the health of Leos Forum, slightly surreal in fact.
I once again repeat I have no idea, no ill feeling and I hope that Leo can rescue the situation, Leo is a good man and mason! I have had a similar e-mail from the chap who runs another Forum on Pro Boards that he has lost his Forum and is trying to get it back, it may be a similar thing.
I would also like to say that you also are very welcome to post here, we have missed your input!

Forums are like supermarkets you go to the one that suits you the best. Or that provides easy parking.
You may return as many times as you wish and no one will tell you can't come in. Just here it costs nothing, other than listening to sage advice from time to time.

Thinking about this, we had problems here a week or so back and lost a few days posts, maybe more. Perhaps it was a technical glitch ??

I'm not sure of this instance but it's the second of Leo's forum's to have been floated and sunk (either scuttled, as the ProBoards message states, or otherwise): There was also his Masonic Life Forum.

Yep. been gone for a while now. No explanation or anything. Not even ex-Admins know what happened.

Hmm. An unfortunate choice of name. What did the Master do?

Can you be more specific about where it was? I will be honest and say that did not know that I was the only person who was a member of both forums. Hmmm .... er ... thank you.

Mastershat - I have to admit I thought that ?
never mind lets hope it works out OK.
-------------
I can not remember what was said at the time - but we wished leo well with his new venture and still do.
don't think it matters, however there is the gap in posting between 17th Sept 2010 and 26th Feb 2011 which indicates you were not here.
Your choice of course, but you have to admit it is close to the time line. whichever? you are welcome here - we can but heads and still be friends - I hope.

Bro offramp.
It must of been almost at the start of leos Forum, someone (who will remain nameless) sent me a copy of your intro post which was a little scathing of MFoL! I no longer have it.
However, rest assured it is and never was a problem, we are all free to choose where we post. The manner of your reply shows why we miss you when you are not around posting here!

Like I said it is your choice, you have been told quite clearly you are welcome and indeed you are.
The 'quip' as you say was a part of the conversation , nothing more. It was a statement of fact. You did however miss out part the sentence ... "don't think it matters,".
It does not matter. As has already been said several times you are most welcome.

We have said this is no problem and never has been. However, I was pm'd your first post over at the Masonic path and it was not very nice about us. If you now wish to deny this then thats fine. Bill has pointed out and I also worked out since the day you signed up with masonic path and until you enquired about what has happened to masonic path you have not posted here. I can only repeat what I posted first of all, dont ake offence but it is surreal in its own way. We of course cannot stop you getting the hump that is entirely up to you. But dont blame us for being observant and knowing our own membership.

Hi Guys - It seems a few masonic sights are being targeted of late. The Pietre Stones is in trouble at the moment too. But you can't keep good builders down.. from the rubble.. Hope you all have a great year. In Australia we have had drought, flood, cyclones, earthquakes, locust plague... I vote we let their people go Cheers
