Whistler I've started this thread because the other one has been blatantly Hijacked by people bumping in to an old friend I would like to say that my biggest source of new knowledge on the old forum I used to use was from the CoMasonic Threads, I have visited the Links you and JMD have kindly posted and found them all very interesting and in some cases enlightening. I have no intention of visiting a CoMasonic Lodge because I am extremely happy and comfortable with the Masonry I practice (UGLE) however I hope that unlike other places you and other members will feel free to share your experiences (as your obligations allow) and indeed facts like the importance of Annie Beasant to you, with us. I and I am sure most of the members of this forum really appreciate this new light that comes from furthering ones own knowledge. Because light is Light and any light is always good.

Middlepillar thank you for those kind words. My View of things is quite simple. I am a Freemason, My path into Freemasonry has taken me into a Lodge for whom gender is not an issue. I am aware that there other Freemasonry paths for whom gender is their choice.
When I post on this or the other Forum, I may qualify a statement by saying " I am" or from a " Comasonic View", so that people are aware that I can not know the detail of a Male only ritual or opinion.
I would also repeat If somebody can't invite me to visit their lodge I respect this and certainly wouldn't knock on the door. My only sadness is that Male Craft lodge members are not permitted to accept the invitation that a Co-masonic lodge always extend to them. I do understand the impossiblity of troops changing the rules even if they wanted to.
Corrected Middlepillar oops... Comes from living on ones head in the Southern Hemisphere
