Hello All, I was just wondering about how long people tend to spend in each degree before becoming a MM? For us in the AFHR, there is a minimum time limit of several months for each one, which I think gives us a good opportunity to really absorb the teachings of the degree. I have noticed, at least on other forums, that some folks seem to fly through these degrees rather quickly. What's your take? How long did/will you spend as an EA or FC, and how do you feel about it? Just curious.

with the essential number of meetings required for Co-masons, It doesn't cause problems from a management situation - we very rarely have more than one candidate per ceremony - so with 10 Meetings a year - one the installation of new master - so with say 3 new EA's each year, with each requiring a passing and a raising before, becoming MM as the years roll on it normally takes a little over 2 years to become a MM - plenty of time to learn the lessons of the degree
