Either way I would really love to see you there as well if at all possible. I will be there in January. I'm trying to stick close to Cora about plans. But, really, I see no reason why, sometime in that two weeks, we couldn't get together

One down, just Stewart Edwards left to go...... Now that would be news I hope my friend Stewart is well and still enjoying life. Communicated with Stewey just recently, he is doing really well and recently participated in a duathlon. Can you believe the persistance and determination of the man, I think he is wonderful and I miss him on the forum. While we are in such a jolly good 'family' mood, can I tell you Phil (Abrahams) has turned a corner since Maria's passing and is back on the road to recovery himself now. There is always light at the end of the tunnel! Maat

Maat thank you so much for the update on Stewart. I agree with everything you said, he is a most wonderful person and like you I too miss his input on this forum. I hope he'll someday consider making a return. Thanks too for your good wishes, much appreciated. Michelle, that's my wife by the way and I are finding it difficult to think about anything other than Freemasonry at the moment, all our conversations seem to somehow come round to the subject. For example, we were compiling a grocery shopping list and suddenly Michelle says, "You know, that would be perfect for the festive board." Karen: Absolutely! When you arrive just get in touch and if it's at all possible we'd love to meet you, and if you make it all the way to Ireland we'll even provide a bed, as long as you don't mind staying in a house with 5 screaming kids, that is

Thanks Midlander. I remember you mentioning before that you were once with LDH so you will know them very well. Nice to see you still miss certain parts.
Thanks again for your good wishes.

Oh Leo,
What can I say? I still remember your appearance at TFM and wondering to myself whether you were a Troll or a serious seeker!
It's obvious really, all I can say is Congratulations to you and your wife, bloody well done.
I have no hesitation in sharing my belief that you will be gladly accepted and that it is very likely that you will become a very worthy ambassador for Le Droit Humain, in the not too distant future.

Mike, thank you deeply. Means a lot to hear this from you. You and I go back a long, long way, to the days when I first became interested in the Craft, in fact, over four and a half years ago . I like to think I have learned much since then and grown to be a better person as a result of my time on forums with people like you and others. Thanks again Mike.

Bro Leo (OK, so you're yet be Initiated - but you are a Brother) - well done. My hearty good wishes to both of you - you have much to offer the Order. Yet, while there are divisions, there can be no institutional divisions among all those who profess admiration for the Order.

Thank you Bro Wayseer for your very kind and gracious comments. To be honest we are truly overwhelmed by the response so far from all branches of the Craft to our decision to join LDH, and your remarks about the Order (as in the whole Order of Freemasonry) go a long way to explaining why this is so. By the way, I appreciate the *bro* comment too. Many FM Friend often refer to me in this way, sometime on forums and in private communications (and have done for years) despite the fact I am not yet initiated. I however never really know how to respond, if it is appropriate or not for me to do so. But sometime though I will say Bro back because to my mind, and although I am not yet a brother, they ARE indeed Brothers and fully deserve to be referred to as such! But hopefully this will be purely academic in the not too distant future

I do believe the Belgian Federation is in fraternal relations with Grand Loge Feminine de Belge, but it's not for me to qualify that -- it's best you ask St Pat's to query that through the appropriate channels I think they indeed are. And heartfelt congratulations!! ;D

Thanks for that gipsyrose. You are right, and only those who have been there and experienced all that excitement can really appreciate what we're feeling right now.
