I'm sorry top keep asking daft questions about what's part of and not part of freemasonry.
But, not quite sorry enough to stop me from doing it some more.
Last night I started reading a book by Leadbetter: 'A Secret Life in Freemasonry'.
In the first few pages, he talks quite a lot about Theosophy, and it seems that several of the founders of LDH in the UK (not sure about in France) were prominent members of the Theosophical Society.
Does this mean that LDH masonry is influenced by, or related to, Theosophy in any way?

I've answered this on your other post, plewis66, tho many were TS members, they are totally separate organisations, but had similar understandings to the spiritual life. An example:
Most CoMasons are into CEREMONY/RITUAL WORK
Most Theosophists are into STUDY/READING/DEBATE
Most Liberal Catholics are into DEVOTION/SERVICE
Those are broad statements as most of the above inter relate, but they do seem to satisfy the "tastes" of those joining the various groups.
