On clicking the link, on the web page click the Lodge Logo. This should open a new browser window for you. Then a Javascript menu should appear to the left hand side of the web page. This will get you around the site. There is a button on the right but this is for Members Only.
If you have problems, email me.

A Shotokan Karate lodge - the idea is just too cool for words! I have practised a bit of Karate myself and a lot Aikido, and I always felt it to be a useful tool to develop oneself - physically, mentally, spiritually. I can relate to how the disciplin and precision of the dojo could translate well into the lodge. But I'm afraid the Java dowsn't load in Firefox (Max OS X) - Safari works just fine, though.

I am sorry the java/Javascript doesn't load. Are you a member of the Craft, Munkholt? If so, are you in or around London? Karate and the Craft do appear to complement one another extremely well!

I live in Copenhagen, and is still waiting for my initiation. But once I am made Master in two+ years time (*sigh*) the Shotokan lodge is somewhere that I would like to vist.
Actually, although I can't visit the lodges formally, nobody is going to object to my meeting with other masons for a pint. So if I get anywhere near London, let's see what we can do.

Hmmm ... this is from the site of the Danish Order of Freemasons (DDFO) (my translation): Freemason's passport From the third degree a Freemason's passport is given to document membership of the Danish Order of Freemasons. It is then possible to visit foreign lodges.I know that there are very close relations to UGLE, but it could just be that DDFO are unusually strict in regards to foreign lodges - and I would naturally have to follow their policy. I will be free to visit The Ancient Fraternity of Free and Accepted Masons of Denmark from the get go - they work the English craft degrees (Emulation Ritual (note to self: ask someone to clarify the differences between ritual variations)). But I'll definitely enquire about this - particularly, since there's such a relatively long wait between initiation, passing and raising. Okay, I'll stop rotting this thread - apologies to Sensei - sumimasen!
