I myself have registered with this site which is subject to answering a few questions.
It does not say it will only accept UGLE masons so why not give it a try and explain in the email reply your position.
You know the policy at MFOL as regard to revealing secrets of which we believe are only the Signs Tokens and Words.

The initiates club is strictly UGLE and Grand Lodges in Amity. Application for user name and password requires questions based on the first degree and about your Lodge to be answered satisfactory.

Freemasons from any constitution can sign up to the Initiates Club Web Site, there are also areas open to none Masons
