Hi to One and All,
I,ve just logged on to this forum and am rather excited by its subject content. Some of the orange printing is hard to read against the blue background, but no doubt this will be rectified in due course. There is a lot to investigate by the look of things and I must congratulate the instigator as this forum will grab my attention (at the expense of TF) as I do not wish to vist several varying site and repeat myself.
For those who have not met me I am: Hubert Neeson, Christchurch Lodge No 6, Eastern Order of International Co-Freemasonry. Have been a member of mixed masonry for 25 years and loved every minute of it. I am very keen to see co-opperation between all varying factions of the Craft and look forward to meaningful discussions on the many facets that it profers. I trust this is the appropriate "topic" to introduce myself, if not would the mods. please guide me thru my formative perusal of this SITE.
Cheers, and HGW, Hubert

Thankyou for introducing yourself and giving a background. This is most helpful in others getting a picture of you.
This forum openly encourages visitors to and from other sites and no one shoild feel they in any way have to stay on only one forum .As you know visting is a great part of masonry and peoples constructive views and opinions are always welcome

I'm here by a friend's invitation. I arrive and find other friends here. ;D Judging by the company I find, I expect there will be discussions about Tarot and Qabbala. May this community accomplish it's stated aims.

I am delighted to see so many old friends arrive here, some using other names and handles. I do feel however , at the risk of stating the obvious, and perhaps teaching my granny to suck eggs, it should be said that here the "Official Party Line" is NOT the flavour of the month, nor do we bow the knee to any particular Province here, whatever our affiliations as Individuals may be, The Co-Mason and their opinion is as valid as the highest ranking Grand Officer in UGLE who may care to post here either in his own name or using a nom de plume. We do have a Founder, Bro Lee, and Moderators who will not rule with a rod of iron but only step in when necessary and hopefully that will be seldom or merely to move a posting to a more appropriate thread as has already been done. Enjoy the Freedom but I personally suggest we do so in a responsible manner. Fraternal Best Wishes, folks.

Thanks for the link Lee, and well done on providing an alternative space - I lurk and contribute at several of the masonic web forums, and am always happy to support and encourage those who are willing and able to take on the task of providing us with a safe haven to go and discuss freemasonry. You've managed to gain the support of several well respected posters, who have demonstrated their knowledge and tolerance admirably and it does my heart good to see them here. I look forward to seeing this forum develop and to contributing to it's growing pains - lets hope it doesn't have too many!

Now that I've had time to look around the site properly, may I say that Bro. Staffs has done a superb job. Already some very interesting topics are raising their heads.
................And this is just the beginning!! ;D

This is most definitely where I should have posted my original thread. But when I came across the Forum, via kind invitation from Lee and Steve, (sincerest thanks to both, by the way) I was so excited and simply could not wait to get posting. Of course, in retrospect I should have simply taken my time and checked out the forum prior to posting. But, as many will already be aware, being Leonardo means being a bit impetuous Anyway, my sentiments still remain the same. I wish Lee, and everyone else connected to this forum, the very best for its future success. I reminded of an old adage "cream always rises to the top". Fairly appropriate, I believe.

Staffs
I congratulate you on actually 'doing something' about a situation.
I had been lurking for quite a while on the other forum somewhat dismayed at where it was heading. I am very pleased that you have set up a far more open minded forum. I will try to post as responsibly as possible. And seeing who you have already here I do not think it will be long before you get some really good topics running, I must thank Bob for directing me here, I too am also pleased to see 'Taylorsman' because although I did not always agree with him I always appreciated the honesty of his replies.
Good luck to everyone who uses this 'new' forum
