Hi all. My name is Seb Gevers, just registered today. I might be known to some of you here who are also members of the Freemason.com forum where, in the spirit of originality I also post as gevers1.
I am a member of two constitutions: Premier Connaught #14 in Galway, Republic of Ireland (my mother lodge) and also Concord 134 in Rotterdam (Grand East of the Netherlands) which is now my surrogate mother lodge. I am also member of the RA Chapter here.
I'm a straight down-the-middle mason, not too keen on the high-esoteric Freemasonry, but love the Craft and my lodge, and wouldnt change a thing about the way FM (as I know and experience it) is today!
It's nice to see some familiar faces here! I hope to start contributing soon.
Frtn Rgds!

Welcome Seb,
I hope you can post some views on freemasonry in Europe. I would be interested to know if it differs from the UK, being new to freemasonry myself.

Hello Br:. Seb,
Only just read your introduction.
My mother Lodge was in England but, when I cam to Holland some 28 years ago, I also became a (country) member of Lodge Concord in Rotterdam. We probably know some of the same people.
I also now visit the Rotterdam building about 3 times a year for an AASR meeting of Thistle and Rose. An English speaking Consistory.
I now live in Leersum (Provincie Utrecht) and my lodge is De Edelmoediheid in Tiel.
The chances of our meeting is not out of the question.
