I suggest that this Board "Suggestions" should now be deleted. Why? Because this forum is now up and running goodo and I feel it no longers need anymore input from the members with regards as to how it should be run. Lee and gang (imo) have everything running smoothly.
If any feel strongly about making a suggestion they can always contact Lee or one of the Mods privately.

I agree with everything Leo said...except his main point
the board isn't hurting anybody, and although not much applies before the forum changover in January, if we think of things, what's the hurt in mentioning them here??

Disagree totally - there is always room for improvement - anyone or anything that thinks otherwise is heading for a fall. As others ave siad - this sleepy backwater isn't doing any harm, and it is a useful place to have. Next week I may decide that I would like to see the default font size change to 38 or something - you never know!

I'm with Bod on this. This section does not harm at all and allows posters to put over points that would not fit elsewhere.
I'm sure the Three Mods will act if anything undesirable was posted.

Robert
If you can't find a topic, try contacting the mods - they may have moved it or something similar.

Robert,
With respect your opinions, although at times highly entertaining, can be somewhat confusing.

As the Moderator who, in consultation with Staffs, deleted that Thread I will state why.
We do NOT bow the knee on this Forum to any Grand Lodge,PGM, or other body, nor are we answerable to any Commercial Undertaking. The Rules concerning Libel, Obscenity etc have already been spelled out.
However, there are many Brethren who post here who are Regular Freemasons and are in UGLE, GL of Scotland or Ireland Lodges. These bodies are very jealous of their Sovereign Jurisdictions as are those others that control the Higher Degrees and Orders. Any posting from an Organisation purporting or appearing to infringe on these will not be acceptable on this Forum and the "Masonic High Council" appears to be an ad hoc organisation, (correct me please if I am wrong there) and has no jurisdiction over UGLE etc Freemasons.
Now the Co-Masons etc here have made it clear that they do not infringe on Regular Freemasonry and vice versa. If anyone having the authority to speak on behalf of the "Masonic High Council" (and I do NOT mean the High Council of SRIA which is well known and bona fide) would like to post a disclaimer to its having any authority over Regular Freemasonry or Lodges , then that will be fine but otherwise such postings would be misleading and possibly offensive to UGLE Freemasons.
We have no problem with Constructive Criticism of UGLE couched in reasonable language as per "House Rules" regarding its polices, methods, the Book of Constututions and the Rules therein etc but will not be a platform for any attack on its Sovereignty or that of its Scots, Irish or US counterparts.
Bro Robert, if you are prepared to accept this and print a disclaimer- well and good , but if not then perhaps another website would be better suited to you and your aims?
