Bro. Brad,After signing on, click on "profile" above (next to "logout"), then select "Modify Profile" (next to "Member's Bio"), find "Avatar URL" under "Personal Information," then copy or paste the url address of a suitably sized image in the space provided and finally enter "Modify Profile" at the bottom of the page. Also see Avatar and What is Maximum Size for Avatar threads. A while back, Bro. Karen put me onto using Photobucket for storing and retrieving images. One can also use it to resize images (it has an "Avatar" option under "edit" / "resize").
