Although this forum appears to have a calendar, we seem to be unable to add/edit it.

The previous post was modified and related to an events calender submitted by atarnaris :
This is essentially Atanaris 's calender and i have e mailed him asking for permission to use it.I am hopefully meeting him Saturday in London so i will buy him a beer if he says yes.
As an admin i can access the calender but if there is no option to a member i do not yet see the purpose of the function.
i have further added to the calender and you should now be able to read only.Maybe we can utilise this for our own benefit without the link to Andrews calender ?

Have I been censored?? I am joking, of course. Your alteration sounds perfectly reasonable to me. I suspect user-level editing of this forum's inbuilt calendar may be configurable by the admin. Either that or it's meant to simply serves as an admin-only announcement vehicle. If the latter, then something like Bro Andrew's calendar would be ideal. With, as you say, his permission.

I have edited your post as it was thought as we are doing something new then the past isa thing of the past.But : today i have received an email from Andrew and he is goingto adapt and post his calender here in due time.Thank you Bro Andrew for your help and assistance. I will definitley be buying him a beer on Saturday now
