For those who are interested, our regular lodge meeting on Sat 27th will feature a lecture on the History of English Aprons. We meet at GQS at 3.45pm - if any suitably qualified brother is interested in attending (especially guys like Staffs, Taylorsman, Jumile, etc who I have previously invited!) please contact me by pm.

I'd love to have attended but it clashes with the Installation of my SRIA College and as I am Secretary I have to be there

Bro bod,
I still have this date set in my diary. Will you be sending me a summons, invite or some email or other?
That's going to be a busy week for me: my own lodge's installation meeting (which is code for "the bar" for the likes of this 'umble EA), LoI and bod's meeting. Happy days. ;D

It would be my pleasure! London's not so bad, I moved here about 14 years ago from Wales and I still like it. Although the seaside is a long way away!
PM on it's way to you

I certainly hope not, Staffs. Mine's the lowest rank this order offers. ;D

So far Jumile and Atarnaris have confirmed that they are coming on the 27th. I have also had a mail from a brother who is hoping to join us for the meeting but who may not be able to dine - he is known to several of the members here, and elsewhere.

Back home after my 2 weeks in Essex. Had a great day in London on the 27th thanks to the excellent company of 3 forumites, Bod, Jumile and Atarnaris. Great to finally meet up with you all. Hopefully it will not be to long before we do it again. Scottish 3rd degree next year?

Hi Bob, Great to meet you, too. I'm glad you had a good time, as did we all. You bet I'm up for a Scottish 3rd next year. But it will need to be after the 4th Monday in April if I'm to be able to attend - or to at least stay inside during the important bits.
