Great idea Staffs, Perhaps we can then network our visits to other locations, other than just the South East. Perhaps Birmingham, Or even Manchester next ? Who knows. Proton

Guy,
I still owe you a visit to your lodge and i have not forgotten.
My visiting has been very restricted this year due to work pressures so i have not been able to let my cable tow stretch as far as i would like.

MP has a meeting at GQS (Installation )being the 4th Wednesday in April. So how about using this opportunity for a mass meet up of Forumites from all our forums and an excuse some good wine ,good food and good company. Whos up for it Lee/Brethren I would be honoured if you would like to visit my Lodge for the Installation meeting. For your info, It is Weds 26th April. We normally start at 4.30pm, I normally get to The Pillars at 3.00pm to 'warm up' for the meeting. We work 'West End Ritual'. Traditionally we normally wear Bow Ties for our Installation meeting, but if you havent got one it is not a problem there are always a few visitors without (And a few members too!). For The Installed Masters who would like to come, we normally do the 'long' Inner Workings (Queen of Sheba). The Master Elect is being Installed for the first time, he has been a member for about 10 years, he is a great guy from Bedford (EX Rugby Player and Fireman) and will probably have about 8 guests of his own, We normally have about 50 at our Installations so a few more will make the Temple really 'rock'. The really good thing about The Lodge is that we are an average age of about 53 and all the members are very keen and we are always a 'Happy' Lodge. (Probably got something to do with the Bar). For those of you who know Gt Qn St, we dine in the Crown Room which is the Dining room with the Dome in the middle. It would be great to meet up with some new faces as well as reaquainting with some old.

Chas
As far as I know there are quite a few people going to attend, I will start collating everything at the end of the month.
I know Lee has got quite a few people coming up from Brighton. It would be good to see a few new faces!
If you can definately make it, mail me your address and I will get summonses sent to everyone! We normally have the summonses about 3 weeks before the meeting

Also can you give us an idea of approx dining costs as these are the questions i am being asked. ? Come on everyone lets try and use this a meet up not only for MFOL but for LRUK and TFM and see how many numbers we can actually reach and unite together in britherky love and harmony. So ALL forum mods what do you reckon ? get back to your forums and let everyone know. It is in London after all so a good chance of a fair number is obtainable. Yes i know it is a weekday but youll get the chance to see MP get a round in ! ;D

I'm trying to make this happen. But without my Masonic Passport I'm dependent on my Proposer to come along (or some other MM, but I know he might be interested).

On your end, maybe, but the Danish Order is very strict on this. No visiting without a passport. Guess they're afraid what kind of mayhem I'll wreak at the Festive Board. O.O (I'll await answer from my Proposer - if he can't make it, I'll ask about a letter.)
