Thomas - you can always latch onto myself and Doug - you know the chaos we caused when we were at your installation !!!!

Everything is fine: John Peter will tag along: I'm going.
Can anybody suggest a place to sleep, that won't put us back an arm and a leg, maybe a B&B? Feel free to PM me.

I am 50 now. Bear with me the wife says I am slipping now. I will write it down for her so she won't get confused & think I will be taking her to London on that day.

OK here are the details from MP. Please note that he has cocked up on the meal cost.It is i believe £42.50 but we are gauranteed a 5 course banquet with wine and Port. If you are going i suggest popping a bow tie in your case. Thomas if you are going there will be aprons available if you havent got your own. Info as requested;
Pax Humana Lodge 3908 West End Ritual Weds 26th April Freemasons Hall, Great Queen St. Lodge Tyles at 4.30pm
We normally meet informally from 3.00pm in The Hercules Pillars
The Dining fee is going to be £35.00 this includes all wine and The WM provides the Port. We will be having a 5 course banquet as it is Installation night.
As I have said traditionally we wear Dress shirts and Bow Tie for our Installation meetings, however it is optional for our guests, I just think you should be aware!
I look forward to meeting as many members of this and other Forums as possible!
MP
Being a typical DC of a lodge. MP has asked me to compile a list of all those who are attending this meeting.
Please can all those who are going confirm their attendance to me by e mail or via this board. E mail would be preferential.
Thom, If you are coming and forester saw you initiated then i think MP will be ok with that. Dont worry your socks off about your validity as we will vouch for you also.
Huw, i hope you are coming too as i would love to meet you and have a beer. Dont worry about the MFOL wacko lot going as long as we are eating at the Festive board and fed and watered we will be safe off our leads.
It is importnt that if you do state your attendance that you realise you are solely responsible for paying your dining costs and if you cancel too late with MP then these costs will still need to be met as MP cannot be left holding the baby. Tough but has to be done. We are all big boys and can do up our own laces. _________________

So tommorows the day!
We now have 19 confirmed attending of which 11 are members of the Forums (plus me!).
We had our final LOI last night and it went reasonably well (The old schoolmasters report of could do better! springs to mind).
I am really looking forward to meeting up with everyone and I hope you all enjoy the day!
See you all tommorow!

Well... off to the station in about 10 minutes and looking forward to a really enjoyable day and meeting a few of the forumites.
MP has requested a few Master Mason Volunteers to parade round as they are lacking in numbers for that part of the ceremony. Typical DC eh ? and yes ... i did volunteer .
Oh Kieran.. i thought you would enjoy taking part too ?
Will keep you all updated and hopefully will have a few photos to upload to the website.

Sounds ok to me, always happy to take part - as long as I don't have to say anything! I'm leaving in 15 minutes, really looking forward to it. Must remember my sunnies to complete the MIB look
