Hi Cora, I could have met up with you all in Edinburgh/Rosslyn, but unfortunatly I'm working that day. As the 13th is a Sunday I'm afraid the GLoS would also be closed.

I was rather hoping you'd say "ice cream" there -- might've made for a nice milkshake, you see ..?
Hmmm, 'nana milkshake.. ;D
BTW -- is that the pub where we met with Gio, Theron, Chris et all some time ago?

K, have I mentioned I've got Bifocals now? I misread when I'd arrive. Seems I don't blow into town until the 9th and . . . The meetup has been moved to the 10th so I won't be so badly. I'm sorry for any confusion and inconvenience. But it does give Bro. Bill another day to score some cool jammies ;D Uh, Bro. Cora, if you want ice cream in your "Bitters" . . . well, K. I'll watch

That's a shame brother as I'm sure those who were set on arriving for the meet on the 9th will be disappointed. The most important thing, though is to have a safe and enjoyable trip.

Yup, Bro. Bill got in touch with me and it looks like there will be a good many folks who can make the 9th but will not be able to make the 10th. So . . .
We're back to doing it on the 9th at 1 p.m. I will have gotten off the plane a few hours before, I still will have my luggage with me and I, very likely, will be some interesting jetlagged (given that it will take me about 14 hours to get there). But I am happy to have a chance to meet so many :-)

Sorry to hear that Mike -- would've been good to catch up; it's been too long. No more changes of plan from now on -- honestly!

Bro. Karen, you will struggle to make it for 1 pm (ish), what with airport security and traffic being the way it is into London. It will also eat into your time if you're planning on getting a hire car. And, if you are getting a hire car watch out for those very unpopular Congestion Charges Oh, and be careful where you park!
