Or any other games console, for that matter. As this is not a proper topic for Masonic discussion I have included it here. (Great idea, Bod I use to play a video game called “Tomb Raider 3” which featured a so called “Masonic level”. It was actually great fun to play; the kids enjoyed it too – when they were able to actually get their hands on it! Although it was fun to be honest I didn’t really have a clue what I was doing or, for that matter, if any of the “Masonic content” was genuine or not. It was set in an apparent secret Masonic Lodge underneath a London tube station.. The idea of the game was to find certain items; a gavel, an old coin, etc in order to gain access to the “secret” Lodge. I forget what one was supposed to do when one got in there. A silly game, really but harmless “fun” Anyway that was a few years ago (5) and the game and my good self have on. But I was wondering has anybody else ever noticed or have any knowledge of any other such games that might be more nearer to the mark . This topic may have been touched upon elsewhere. Apologies to the moderators if this prove to be the case.

I never really got into the Tomb Raider series, though a uni mate who rented a room off me lived for it. I found the boobular physics personally too tacky (but have since found that's nothing in comparison to the KP tackiness of DOA Extreme Volleyball for the Xbox! ). There was a game released a year or so back called Knights of the Temple. Apparently it's a third-person perspective (a la Tomb Raider or Diablo) style game, and you play the mystical hero of the hour: a KT. I read about it it on either the TLR or TFM forum in August and, although Play.com advertises it as "temporarily out of stock", it's been at that status since I ordered in August. I've subsequently cancelled my order, as it's clear that nobody has it. Here are some direct links: I have to confess to not having looked too deeply into most of the games I've played. Except perhaps the Lovecraftian ones when I was at uni. Edit: Added links to demo and homepage.

Matt,
Thanks for that. I'm not at all familar with the games you mentioned, but then again I am not by any stretch of the imagination a "gamer". It all a bit of fun, really. Anway I will check out the info you gave and have a look at the link. Cheers, Mate.

I know two Freemasons that play Warhammer; they even have those little toy soldiers. Any more of you out there?
I don't even know what Warhammer is, and I find such things too difficult to look up on Google! Too clunky!

Warhammer is a turn based RPG - using the little figures you mention.
Think of the battle recreators that replay Waterloo etc with the little tin men - kind of like that, but for the sci-fi generation.
