I have created a Frapper Map at www.frappr.com/masonicforumoflightPlease visit and add your location if you so desire and we can then get a general overview of the universality of the members of MFOL.

I keep trying to add my location, but it keeps returning the verdict of "No Such City".

I think you can just pick a city close to your own, and then move the marker manually. Or you can request it (although I've tried for a while and nothing has happened yet): www.frappr.com/?a=cityrequest

Ah, I have some experience with this.
You have to add your town or city , if its not in the database, you will need the exact latitude and longditude so find one of the map sites that does that and just add it to their database and in about a day it becomes active. I put Wickford on the Map until that I had to live in London.

I found the same with "Reading" and "Reading, UK" (as I normally do with Google Maps and Google Earth). It turns out that it requires "Reading, England".
Have you tried, "Wherever, Scotland"?

Well that will come up if you try to install your town , the system seems to work on the Long and lat, thats why you have to be accurate.
so if you put in Wickford with the L&L it will say , do you mean Wickford Essex or Wickford England. whatever it has in the database, so either way you get the prompt if not you install your town.

I don't live there. I don't even attend lodge there, any more.
Och, I can't be bothered with modren technology. Twice as much hassle for half the fun and ten times the price. Hmm, maybe I should leave the teledildonics alone for now.

I have totally ignored this "Frapper" stuff as I see absolutely no point in it.
I live in Reading, in the Thames Valley, attend most of the Higher Degrees I am in at Wokingham, Mark and RAM at Marlow, ROS at Slough, Craft, RA, Acon in London. That's it folks.
I don't keep a "Blog" either.

Me neither. But apparently there is someone who posts, or has posted, to a blog using my monicker ruffashlar. I found it when someone on another forum asked if I was from Weybridge. It seems we're looking for a mendax Cambrigensis ;D

I got the error, too, initially. I noticed two things: 1) I wasn't keying in the security code at the bottom 2) It wants a first and last name

No way: he (or she) calls the Essenes Nazoreans - they were in fact Nazarites.
Not a mistake I'd be likely to make.
