>I'm not sure what they are, but I wish they were trees! As I recall the north polar cap on Mars substantially melted in the early 1960s followed by an expanding green area The TV program Alternative 3 indicated a colony was established on Mars. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternative_3 The author said it was intended as a hoax but ever since his phone had been tapped so he thought that it might be true There are many who believe that military space technology is vastly in advance of public technology. If so Alternative 3 may be largely correct. Official Mars photos have a strong red filter that makes the sky brown and the land red. This might be intended to continue the public opinion that Mars is uninhabitable. Occasionally I have seen Mars photos with brown land and blue sky The official story is that fluid erosion on Mars is liquid CO2. But liquid CO2 is very difficult to keep as it spontaneously separates into gas and solid In the book Dune, we are told that the human race previously inhabited Mars and destroyed the ecology but that the secret of Mars is that it has large amounts of water beneath the surface. Perhaps the water is also on the surface in the polar ice caps and melts each spring.

I never believed in life on mars but I was recently shown photos taken by someone who is in the airforce. they managed to get some wicked hd photos taken. He had been monitoring a dust storm and did before/during/after shots.
The photos I saw where clear enough for you to see that the dust storm uncovered something very similar to a bridge joining onto a road.
I'm told the camera never moved position and when he put them together as a slideshow, its clear that something is uncovered.
Unfortuantly the photos were handed to his superiors whom have 'lost' them

Occasionally I have seen Mars photos with brown land and blue sky I likewise view photos such as these with a certain amount of scepticism. One need only look to the quality of images available on Google Earth to see that the images of Mars shown here are probably not the best available.

photos can too easily be faked nowadays, if any of you sent me a pic of yourself I'm sure I could add some realistic aliens and spacecraft to it.
IMO we have went full circle regarding information...We have returned back to the Nazi's favourite method of spreading 'dis-information', along with true facts, so that people are confused and do not know who to trust.

Quote from Wikipedia: Mars was the Roman warrior god, the son of Juno and Jupiter, husband of Bellona, and the lover of Venus. He was the most prominent of the military gods that were worshipped by the Roman legions. The martial Romans considered him second in importance only to Jupiter. His festivals were held in March (named for him) and October.
As the word Mars has no Indo-European derivation, it is most likely the Latinised form of the agricultural Etruscan god Maris. Initially the Roman god of fertility and vegetation and a protector of cattle, fields and boundaries, Mars later became associated with battle as the growing Roman Empire began to expand, and he was identified with the Greek god Ares. Unlike his Greek counterpart, Mars was generally well liked and rivaled Jupiter as the most honoured god. He was also the tutelary god of the city of Rome. As he was regarded as the legendary father of Rome's founder, Romulus, it was believed that all Romans were descendants of Mars. Look at those picture's of those tree's on Mars again, and if you were medically educated, you'ed recognise those picture's have come from an electron microscope inside a human body, not from out of Space! The De Medici, ie; Medical Code in the Bible Text's, refer to Mars as the 'Fury' within the body, and it's effect's via the glandular and humourus system's, as Broccaccio suffered a form of Diabetes, which was the result of persistent level's of stress in the pancreatic system, and if you can't see what Freemasonry, The Legion, and the Vatican has to do with Cupid/Ares, and the game of Love, then how come your a member of the Lodge of Freemason's that HATE women, and have used Cupid the Devil to Ruin their live's, then you don't know what the Freemason's are really about! Tree's on Mar's is associated with the lung's in the body, and why the name 'Babylon', is applied to Smoker's of Rothschild's Tobbacco Industry in Edinbourgh, as the old Gaelic Welsh for Edinbourgh is Babylon!

An orbital camera should have moved between shots. It would have given a slightly different angle as it passed the same area on its next orbit.

Hi Spurshaft I see that you have done a lot of thinking about things. Most posters here, however, not having been down the same paths as you, will find it a bit difficult to keep up with your logic. Therefore if you would like to influence the thinking here, you might like to separate out the individual premises and make the case. For example, while many Grand Lodges, but not all, exclude women from Masonry, most brethren would be surprised to learn that their Lodge hates women. And I am surprised to learn that Cupid is the Devil and the Lodge has used Cupid to ruin lives. Perhaps you could start a separate thread to explain that, Also I expect many would be interested if you could if show evidence for "the old Gaelic Welsh for Edinbourgh is Babylon" Cheers Russell

If you had taken a moment to check the supplied links, you would have known that the images were taken by Mars Global Surveyor, from the USGS official website: ida.wr.usgs.gov/html/m08046/m0804688.html

And it looks to me like crators with massive wind erosion. The upright marks,,,without a known scale could be any height. Crystals allowed to grow without rain and such could gain tremendous heights.
Vocanic activity can do some interesting things...thinking of the US west where the core of old volcanos are still seen as monuments in a sea of flatland.
Reference, two extrememe examples; Devil's tower in S. Dakota and Sunset Crater in Arizona.

Also Ayer's Rock in Australia, is that also an example of wind erosion over millenia?

Most of the erosion there is vertical - water based
