It is unwise to dismiss the effect of Crystals - the Indigenous Atlanteans used crystals to burn destructive forces from the body in a way that it encouraged it to rejuvenate itself. Some of the oldest tales of Ireland refers to invaders from the Atlantic arriving on Crystal Ships.

So what then are the proper uses of crystals by aspirant humanity? Russell I am not sure about the aspirant humanity bit, but I do regard crystals as tools for humanity to use - and different uses they have had at different times. The very origins of Crystals tells us of the extreme pressures that mother earth can exert. I know of a young couple who tried for years through various modern methods to conceive - The young woman heard a lecture about the assistance the energy of clear quartz crystals can give in such matters - and placed some under the mattress - and proceeded to have three fine young boys without any problem -

Testimonial's' are made by people who have tested the hypothesis and come up with a positive result's'. Plural.
People with Degrees perform placebo operations, have been for quite a while and are still doing so ...
In the 1950s, in order to test the effectiveness of a new surgical treatment for angina, surgeons at the University of Kansas Medical Center performed real operations on one group of patients and "placebo operations" on another group. The placebo patients were told that they were going to have heart surgery. They were given a local anesthetic, and incisions were made in their chests. But no therapeutic procedure was performed -- the surgeon simply fiddled around a bit in the chest wall for show. The patients left the hospital with scars and with pain at the incision sites; they had no reason to believe they had not undergone the proper surgery. Seventy percent of the patients who had had the real surgery reported long-term improvement; all the placebo patients did. Many declared themselves fully cured and returned to physically demanding jobs.
I saw a documentary recently on this theme. The doctors, themselves, are astounded about the results they are getting, but they have to believe what they are seeing.
If people have a belief in the power of something, or someone, doesn't the object or person assume that power?
The belief creates the power and its ability to have an effect.
Some people believe Jesus can heal and some believe a crystal can heal. I personally believe both can heal and I believe I can heal. The trick is to prove which of the three was the healer in each individual case.

There is no scientific evidence that crystals are conduits of magical energies useful for healing and protection, or for telling the future. I do not know about for telling the future, I do know of some folk who use Crystals as a tool to focus when doing readings. I also know people who have had wonderful results when using Crystals for Healing. I have seen the calming effect that Salt Crystal Lamps have on a room But then there is no scientific evidence that it is possible to communicate with the other side of the veil - and there is no scientific evidence for the Healing Harry Edwards used to do. For those who need scientific evidence for everything, some things will always be beyond their understanding. Those who always demand scientific evidence neatly avoid Personal responsibility, putting the blame or fame back on the scientists.

Quartz crystals have an interesting property - their etheric structure is unified across the solar system and well beyond. Thus it is possible to use a quartz crystal to connect etherically to quartz across the cosmos and thereby with intelligences and energies that are connected to the quartz.
For visitors to the solar system this is a bit like a mobile phone for calling home
Some other crystals have similar cosmic connections - diamonds for example - but in that case the spectrum used is at a higher frequency
And Philip - this is red pill reality

Definitely Bro Russell, working in Electronics I am aware of the many facets (pun fully intended), of Quartz Crystals and as a material used in many applications. It could well be that a sufficiently fine and large crystal could resonate to some such frequency, the "Heartbeat of the Universe" perhaps?
It never fails to amaze and delight me how, as we look through our glass darkly, many aspects of Nature are revealed to us.

Some use Herkimer(Milky Quartz) with two points directly opposite one another at an angle of 180 degrees and slightly harder and thicker than other quartz crystals, the stone of dreams . to assist in astral travel and other out of body excursions Then there is the The Crystalline Grid . There are specific places on this planet where the Crystalline Grid is manifested physically in the form of a crystalline structure. The Crystalline Grid won't be moved like the magnetic grid was, where you could actually measure a shift in physical location. Instead, the alteration is an energy attribute that will be an alteration of the crystalline structure. The structure itself remains where it is. Those who set the crystalline grids. not only had interdimensionality, they also had physical attributes.

Regarding Masaru Emoto work with water crystals, we find, despite urgings to do so, Emoto has not given prior notice to the scientific community of any experiments using double-blind controls. Thus, we read: Emoto's water crystal experiments consist of exposing water in glasses to different words, pictures, or music, and then freezing and examining the aesthetics of the resulting crystals with microscopic photography.
Emoto's work does not adhere to the long established practices and procedures of the Scientific Method, such as Double blind controls, which have been developed to reduce the effect of statistical anomalies and experimenter bias. As a result, critics of Emoto point out that his experiments are highly susceptible to selection bias and confirmation bias, with the photographers having full knowledge of both the hypothesis and expected result. For example, the person taking the photographs or the person judging the beauty of the photographs knows which water samples have been sent which messages. The photographer or judge’s attitudes towards Emoto’s claims - either sympathetic or skeptical - could distort their choice and ranking of photos, causing them to (knowingly or not) hunt through the diversity of crystals in each sample to look for those that match their expectations.
Even sympathetic commentators have criticized Emoto for insufficient experimental controls, and for not sharing enough details of his approach with the scientific community. In addition, Emoto has been criticized for designing his experiments in ways that leave them open to human error influencing his findings.
In the day-to-day work of his group, the creativity of the photographers rather than the rigor of the experiment is an explicit policy of Emoto. Emoto freely acknowledges that he is not a scientist, and that photographers are instructed to select the most pleasing photographs.
In 2006 Emoto pubished a paper together with Dean Radin in the peer-reviewed Journal of Science and Healing in which they claim to have proven in a double blind test during which 2000 people who prayed in Tokyo that those people could increase the aesthetic appeal of water stored in a room in California compared to water in another room.
James Randi, founder of the James Randi Educational Foundation, has publicly offered Emoto one million dollars if his results can be reproduced in a double-blind study. Randi has also stated that he does not expect to ever have to pay the million dollars. "Water crystal under magnification"
