Great porn movies.
I never knew Wilmhurst was into that sort of thing.
Sorry I could not help but pull your leg, you have to be careful with these links.

Such ads are the cost of "free" sites. While I have a hardcopy of the book, I tested the link (yes, yes - I know ) and it works fine.

Yeah, there was a time when the ads topside got a little . . . (blush). It was based, loosely, on what the Brethren were posting here. Of course, that doesn't happen anymore. Then again, we've not tested the boundaries in a while. Hmmmmmmm. Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn Porn K, now sit back and let's see what happens I've not read all of Wilmshurst "Meaning of Masonry" because much of it is beyond my degree. However, I think it's safe to say it you liked "Meaning of Masonry", you would absolutely love "Ceremony of Initation", not to be confused with his "Masonic Initiation", which is also good but not as.

Wilmshurst should be canonised, or whatever. I love everything he writes and my non-esoterically inclined husband is discovering much through the Wilsmhurst books I push his way.
I would be interested to hear if you have read Wilmshurst, Bill. And if so, to hear your opinion on his works. (You having much the same outlook as my husband on Masonic things.)

Bill & Karen
Sorry about the sleazy movies on that upload site. You're quite right, of course.
I have now uploaded the file elsewhere and edited the original post accordingly.

Thank you for the advice! As a matter of fact, that is available on the site I have already posted, and to be exact, here: www.brad.ac.uk/webofhiram/?section=walter_leslie_wilmshurst&page=Initiation.htmlSo as soon as I get a moment I can get reading... Wilmshurst saw a definite connection between the initiatory practices in the Ancient Mysteries and Masonic initiation. He makes that quite clear in Masonic Initiation (which I haven't read yet) and also in his lengthy introduction to Mary Anne Atwood's Suggestive Inquiry into the Hermetic Mystery (which I am tackling at the moment).

I have most of this stuff on download and on CD if you want a complete formatted pdf files of the main Masonic Books. www.lodgeroomuk.net/catalogue.php?shop=2 but there is a cost I have some on Free download at: www.lodgeroomus.net/downloadcenter/index.phpThe ones that are paid are Cornerstone Publishers and they are a better searchable file. The Free system I can add files to if you want to send the files to me, for upload.

That's quite a large collection you've got, Bill. I need to go through the list properly when I've got more time because it's huge. Is there any WL Wilmshurst? If so, under which subheading would it be? Most of the stuff I've got I've already posted here, so if you feel like adding anything please help yourself. I think what should and should not be included is to a large extent a matter of personal choice. In order to avoid any future leg-pulling ;D can you recommend a good free upload site that keeps files indefinitely? I ask because I've just found out that File Factory deletes files after 90 days.

I am happy to host any files you would like to be available to others.
That would be for as long as you want.

<Mary Anne Atwood's Suggestive Inquiry into the Hermetic Mystery>
I'm not sure I should thank you for this book Syn, I have never worked so hard at reading something in my long life of book reading. 50 pages in I am not sure I am going to complete the task. I am never going to be an alchemist so why work so hard, well that is the question I ask myself ... but then again hidden in each very lengthy obtuse chapter there is a gem... bit like finding the 5 words in the haystack thingy.
How are you going with it?

>I am never going to be an alchemist so why work so hard,
In my view the principles of alchemy are fundamental for understanding one of the polarities of spirit within matter

How are you going with it? Maat Yes, it's not an easy read by any means. Even Wilmshurst's introduction to it is pretty hard-going, sometimes containing sentences half a page long!! I have been very busy with work, so I have only just got past the Intro so far, but of course I want to try and delve into this book because it is supposed to be so important. Plus, I am very, very curious to see why it was so hastily withdrawn after publication. There must be some deep secrets buried in there... if only one can decypher them! Usually books on alchemy are deliberately impenetrable, so I am expecting an uphill struggle with this one.

Wilmshursrt is my favorite, everytime I read his works I find and learn something new. His works cause me to stop and meditate on the deeper things in life.

Thank you Bill, for uploading to your site. I nearly emailed the file to you but then I didn't because I wasn't sure it was the best option.
