Call me a cynic, but I cannot believe that after a book like this has come out nobody on this forum has actually read it. Well, I have now obtained a copy and I shall report shortly. After all, it's only 112 pages! ;D (In the meantime people who genuinely haven't read it can look up the two reviews that have appeared on amazon.com - the US site.)

You're quite welcome, Prom. Now, I've made a start on the book, but I have a major issue with its physical format. I mean, why on earth did they feel they had to use such a microscopic typeface? And then the problem is compounded by the shiny glossy paper they also used. If you've never needed reading glasses before, you'll certainly need them after reading this book!
