I found a PBS show detailing an archeological find just before WWII. The tomb was unusual because the sarcophagus was silver instead of gold. I also found it interesting that this pharaoh’s name was "Rising Star." www.pbs.org/wnet/secrets/featured/the-silver-pharaoh-about-this-episode/669/Considering that the Egyptians were very literal in their mystical beliefs, any comments on what a silver sarcophagus could mean?

Could it be that the silver is denoting the power or light of the moon?

Actually, I read somewhere that silver was prized more than gold in ancient Egypt because it was SCARCER. Plus, it is a fact that the tomb if Tut-ankh-amen WAS in fact robbed- the robbers took the PERFUMES and left the gold, because perfumes were more highly esteemed!
