I realize this might not be an appropriate forum to discuss OTO matters, but I don't know where else to turn. I found this pin at a garage sale and after researching it for a few weeks I have determined that it contains three perfect brilliant cut round royal fiery sapphires, with eight sided tables facets, the combined carat weight of which is 0.38888888. The stones are three MM in diameter and two MM in depth, with two mm across table facets. There are various reasons why I believe this pin to be valuable, aside from just the stones. any help is greatly appreciated. I live in the jungle on the east side of the big island of Hawaii and so far all the jewelers I've taken it to stare at it dumbfounded and say that they've never seen anything like it in their life. The only markings are 10-k above which is marked OTO and to the left of OTO is a small mark which could either be a B an R or the number 8. Its hard to tell because its so shallow. The stones are intricately placed so that one faces up and the other faces down and the one in the middle faces straight forward. This causes it to blink three times rather then just once when a light source passes. I can only assume that the small symbol could stand for Burmese, if its a b, or 8, the same number as the number of sides of the table facets, as well as the facets that radiate from the point. I basically need help identifying this piece. I am having trouble uploading pics. Thank you all for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.

If you use one of the on line storage systems like photobucket.com/then leave a link here to that pic, others can then have a look.
