Hi everyone!
anyone here familiar with these lessons from B.O.T.A.? I´m not a member of the group, but found the lessons over the web and have been studying them for some time now. really interesting material, but some inconsistencies I spotted through the text are really holding me back when it comes to practice. any thoughts on the lessons?

I had a quick look through them and there are 2 obvious difficulties:
- the subconscious is not divided into its various functional aspects - the methods of access to those aspects are not described.
Also the superconscious functions need addressing.
There is a reason for not describing access methods as the energies accessible can be used adversely.
The traditional method is called Rising on the Planes. Weak forms are available in the public domain - using 7 steps/colors
Access is also possible through the various chakra intelligences. If these intelligences are unhappy or traumatized then spiritual progress is slowed until they are healed. Caution is required. Love is the primary healer not Will.

I have recently rejoined B.O.T.A. as an associate member and this post is of interest.
Does rising on the planes need to be mastered in order to effectively create changes in outward circumstances?
I have used the 7 steps method before to manifest a desire but suspect that I may have had some help.
