Thinking ahead here (based upon the repeated "what on earth am I being censored for?" queries)... Lee, how do you feel about registering a domain name for the forum (mfol.co.uk, or whatever)? 123reg - with whom I have my domain - do domains at very reasonable rates (a whole £2.60 per year for mine; or £9/year for a .com). You also get unlimited email forwarding for @domain with various configuration options. You then set up the domain to forward "http://www.domain" -> "http://staffs.proboards37.com" and then everyone navigates to the domain address and forgets the latter. Should it then be decided at a later date that ProBoards isn't the best option for forum software, it's simply a matter of diverting the domain's WWW forwarding setting to the new forum address. Even if we decide we love ProBoards and its thingyness, it still makes sense to have a dedicated domain. I think so, anyway. Oh yeah, if anyone wants an example, try www.jumile.me.uk - it forwards to my personal webspace on Nildram. Note that the South Park quote there is my doing (I don't have a web page, but want to stop simple directory traversal) - though you could always try here or here (Warning: the sensitive may take umbrage at these links). ;D
