As an aspiring Masonic scientist, I like articles that propose lines of experimentation. That allows me to escape briefly from the fate of endless speculation and moralising.
But I understand such articles are hard to come by in Masonry.
Some subsets of the spiritual science do have practical manuals published - for example geomancy and alchemy.
