My wife and I are off to London for a few days tomorrow, we are visiting my wife's sister who just had a baby girl. Anyway, we will be there until Friday and I will use this opportunity to visit Freemason's Hall. I have never been there before so this would be a great chance to rectify things I appreciate this is very short notice but if any forumite is going to be in that area Thursday 19th (2 PM) it would be nice to meet up.

I hope you enjoy the visit - the museum and tour are absolutely great. Taking time to go through all of the old aprons on display was really worthwhile too - as at first some of the display cases look empty, but as you flick through them there are others with things in them (I'm explaining this poorly, but you'll see when you're there). Don't forget that tours are on the hour...

Pity I'll miss you Leo, as I'm going down to London on the 25th Feb, the following week.

I won't be able to make it Leo. It is well worth visiting, so enjoy!
Mind you I would have to be cautious. They might take me away for questioning given past history!

And you don't do humour, eh ;d
Bob, shame we won't be around on the 25th but I am sure at some point we will meet up for a chat.
Martin, thanks for that, I will be looking out for those aprons and other things when I get there. Really looking forward to this, and even if I don't on this occasion get to meet any from the forums I am sure I will enjoy the day very much.

Leo, If you get a minute, try to come dowstairs to the Baseme ... err... Charities Floor and ask for me at the Charities Reception.
It would be very nice to meet you in the flesh, even if only briefly.
