So, I'm a non-mason who's been practicing metaphysics for about eighteen years now. My grandfather was a Rosicrucian, but I lost him when I was very young. I don't know too much about Masonry, though I've done some digging and gleaned a few interesting pieces of information here and there (as well as discarding a lot of the stuff I've come across about it). Strong background in spirituality and high magick, about fifteen years of common law (researched on my own), and a decent comprehension of the overall global political scenario.
For years now I've been dealing with an extremely rare - probably unique - metaphysical situation, and my sources have been giving me pretty strong nudges to check in with the Masons about it. Out of courtesy to your order, I should probably limit what I say about it on a public forum. (For my own part, my life's an open book and information I share about this couldn't really be misused anyway.) But obviously sharing too little here wouldn't be very helpful either.
I guess ideally, I'm trying to establish some formal contact with branches of your order in my area (Santa Cruz, California) and I'm not really sure where to start.
Without disclosing too much publicly, I'm dealing with something rather large and pretty ancient. It involves dark synchronicities and a substrata of collective consciousness. Something that parallels Ornias, or as the Shinto tradition describes Susanoo (putting me in the rather unenviable position of Amaterasu). Stories of brotherly rivalry (er, not in a Masonic sense) as depicted by many cultures through the centuries, with this... "other" ... adopting a bizarre agenda of strife, discord and suffering that even it doesn't truly want, and influencing situations both generally and in my own personal life as well towards those ends. It seems to have taken a specific interest in me. There's a snowballing karmic debt involved which is never a good thing, and yet even as the situation continues to deteriorate this same entity professes to be increasingly acquiring a change of heart. And I've been getting nudges to the effect that not only would the Masons be able to look into this and have interest in it, this situation itself may have interacted with your order at various points in the past. It's been suggested that some within your order may already be aware of my situation and interested in arranging a meeting. So, I'm trying to make it easier on their part to arrange one. Openly contacting Masons seemed a good place to start, not being very familiar with the specifics of your order.
