Brothers, Newly Initiated and those interested in the Craft, I was raised as a Master Mason a number of years ago and of course joined the Scottish Rite and Shrine. I attended many many degree ceremonies and practiced learning the ritual and monitor. At the time we did not spend very much time on Masonic education, so like a good mason, I began to travel from west to east in search of light... I have finally compiled and categorized the last 4 years of my research into Masonic literature. The result is 419 electronic books, nearly 4 GB of information. The books are outside of copyright, almost all of them are from the 1800's and early 1900's. These are very rare and hard to find. I am a 32nd Degree Scottish rite Mason, I used to visit my SR Library in San Diego a number of years ago to continue my Masonic education. I could check out books free, but always wanted a library for home. I started purchasing books on Ebay...that got really expensive fast. I begin to discover that I could find many of these titles from universities, the library of congress, and other places. I was able to find most of these books as scans directly from the text, in other words, the Adobe pdf is the exact copy of the book, so it is like having the actual library on your computer...amazing. (and adobe reader is a free download if you don’t already have it) I now have an auction that I just started on Ebay...I am asking $15 for the DVD, includes shipping and the cost of the DVD and jewel case, and the cost of using my computer and network...I am not getting rich here at all. I used to have an online file share, but people abused it and I shut it down a couple years ago... Here is the link to the auction... cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260733672163&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:US:1123Send me an email if it happens to run dry; I only have 10 disks listed as a first shot at this. Good Morning,
I wanted to post an update here on a couple of issues. The first is another brother in a different forum discovered I had included a work that was still in copyright, I have removed that book and really appreciate the feedback. In addition, I have done another review and believe that was the only culprit.
Secondly, I have added 50 additional books and removed a few items that were short papers written on masonry, I also found a duplicate that was removed.
In short, there are now 460 books, from the 1800 and 1900's on the DVD, a ton of great reference material very useful for masonic education.
Please enjoy,
Sincerely and Fraternally,
Tom G

Good Evening Brothers,
I wanted to post a quick update here. First, if anyone is interested in my list of books and authors, please PM me or send me your email and I can forward it. I have had alot of positive response to the auction and just added another 15 books. Of course, I did already have 2 people try to scam me, but oh well, that goes with the territory I guess. Needless to say, I decided to offer international shipping. It will automatically calculate based on your location. This was based on requests I had in other forums from Brothers and Sisters abroad, one brother was actually writing a thesis on masonic history for his master's class, now that is just plain cool.
Good luck on your travels, god speed and god bless.
So Mote it be!
Tom G

FYI, the auction for the DVD of 461 Masonic Books is still active. I keep adding a little at a time as I make sales to keep it current. I have 10 ready to ship as we speak. Shipping to the USA is free, this DVD is awesome. Thanks to all my Brothers here in Texas who have picked one up. Be sure to spread the word and share at your lodge. I was thinking this could be a great little item for new Masons celebrating being raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason. A definitely wonderful source of masonic Light for them to grow themselves and improve themselves in masonry. It has been a while since I posted the link so I will do it here. cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...STRK:MESELX:ITAll the best to you all on your travels from west to east, stay safe and try to stay cool. Gotta love those TX summers!

Brothers, new initiates and our friends who are interested and support the craft.... I wanted to post a quick note today to let everyone know I am making a final run of my DVD. I have been happy to offer this to everyone, and for those of you who are enjoying it, thank you. It has allowed me to make some contributions to Masonic charity that I would have otherwise not been able to do. That being said, the DVD is still the same, 461 out of print books from the 1800 and 1900's. No issues with copyrights to worry about, a ton of scans directly from the books from some of the most popular masonic and historical authors out there. I have the last 20 available on ebay auction. A few of you here have reached out and we did checks and money orders too, anything for my community, just will have to wait for yours to clear then I mail it out. Price includes shipping to the USA, modest shipping overseas. I have received orders and have sent these DVD's around the world. It is amazing and I have been proud to do it. Thanks again for the great feedback and support I have received to date, it has made this fun...and believe me it takes allot of work and discipline outside my normal 9 to 5 and taking care of my family. If you are interested in getting a list of books, send me an email. Or check it out on the auction, the full list is there with information on how to get yours. Thanks for the update I will be sure to check the site. And i got introduced to freemasonry very recently and find the masonic emblems simply beautiful! I read that they were created in a geometrically perfect way. What does G stand for though?

and to answer the above question...
The letter G is found on the square and compass. The square as in to always act and deal with other fellow masons on the square, the compass to circumscribe our passions and better ourselves in masonry through its allegorical teachings. The G, well that is the Grand Architect of the Universe, God, or the Grand Geometrician. It is not always found in Masonry around the world.
If you want to research more, grab a copy of the library and support the Square and Compass Childrens Charity!
