In the "Masonic Mysteries" (1990), Mr Morose gets framed for murder, while the background music is Mozart's Magic Flute. Even worse, someone paints masonic symbols all over his beloved Jaguar.
In the Endeavour prequels:
"Trove" (Series 2, episode 1, 2014. Members of a local lodge are shown interfering in Morse's investigation. A garage owner (selling Jags) is portrayed as the worst kind of brethren, using his lodge membership for pecuniary gain, and parties with under-age girls.
"Nocturne" (Season 2, Episode 2, 2014) A darstardly unindentified figure wearing a white glove is seen removing a ring from the police evidence desk, and opening a hidden compartment to display a masonic square and compasses.

These do not seem to be currently available on Netflix or Amazon Prime. I will look out for them on ITV 3 or 4, or repeats on the ITV player. I never really liked Morse or Endeavour (its prequel), partly owing to their basic artificiality: all the murders take place in Oxford, and Oxfordshire's actual murder rate is 10 per million. It is pretty rare. I can believe it with Columbo in Los Angeles (although I find it hard to believe that he was never promoted from Lieutenant). Sometimes these episodes turn up on YouTube, but they can be hard to search for. t seems that detective series that include Freemasonry in their plots focus exclusively on the darker side. An exception to this is Dandelion Dead.

It might be available for a while on ITV Player, but it was a load of rubbish. I left the house half an hour before the end...and this was a whodunnit, so I missed the denouement. I think I had figured out the culprit.
There isn't much masonic stuff in it. What there is is wrong and anti-masonic.
I have never really liked John Thaw. I also cannot bear to watch John Mills or James Mason. God knows why.
