Greetings. I'm back. I was registered before as FIreMist.. seems I still am. I got worried when my old password and username didn't work.
The years have been good. I'm now a past master and retired from my job permanently. Not much money, but I'm glad I don't have to deal with transporting patients calling 911 with COVID-19 symptoms.
I'll see about updating my profile in a few minutes, but just wanted to say
HELLO HELLO HELLO

Hi Lee
I recall you from long ago on a forum but unable to recall my handle at the time.
As you will have observed most Masonic forums went quiet years ago. In my view there are two reasons:
- the brethren having speculated again and yet again without progressing eventually became silent - the current form of Freemasonry has reached the end of its cycle and the Light has been harder to draw into the ritual. So we need new bottles for new wine. At least we will when we find the new wine.

At my Lodge and the surrounding regions we are trying to find ways to bring back past masters.

One of my lodges lost quite a number of IPMs through a particular brother pressuring them to visit other lodges. He lived alone and visited a lot. He was also very sure of his own value.
Other of my lodges lost PMs because the ritual had become flat.

Hi Staffs. I remember you. Glad to see you again.
As for boards and such. Many are on Facebook for good, or ill, its a reality. I for one hate it.
I hung out on my own grand lodge's private group on Facebook till yesterday. I removed myself from there for various reasons.
I've got a private masonic board area on my own old school message board I started in 2009. Another brother (male only) had administrated it when i couldn't due to my masonic age at the time. He still watches over it for us, but its been quiet there too.

oh, BTW, my real name is Darylee Foertsch if you know me from Facebook or sometimes Hawkeye, or OhioHawkeye on other boards.
My avatar is a photo of my first piece of quillworking I did 2 years ago. Its a native american art craft. Its embroidery of sorts using porcupine quills. These are all naturally dyed also.
