Can I and if so how do I recieve email notices of replies or posts in a thread that I wish to follow? Maybe it's obvious and i'm just an idiot but I'm new here and it's been a long day so please give me a break. Thanks.

Not nearly the same but for now will work for me. So simple. Told ya I might be an idiot. Thanks.
It really has been a long day. Spent it out in nasty weather Christmas shopping. Highlight of the day was a Bison ribeye with all the fixens fer lunch/supper.

Now that has got me excited - you say Bison - Bison as in Buffalo Bill type Bison - that would be a big plateful, what fixens would you eat with it

Yup. Buffalo it was. It was tasty. Not all that different though. Think of a really good Black Angus or Hertford Ribeye (Delmonico) and it was served and eaten the same. Fixens were the usual Baked potato, salad etc...
I highly recommend it to anyone who loves beef like I do.
Thanks. That would make things easier to follow for me at least and I'm sure others as well.
