I don't believe it is still published. I did pick up a second had copy earlier this year for about £12.00. It's not a bad little book, but if you have been a mason for a while - say more than three years - then there is not that much in this book for you.

I believe it's out of print, but if you've not read it - it is brilliant if you're a newcomer to the Craft. I had it recommended to me by the librarian at a Berkshire PGL open day in June as a starter's book. As funny as it sounds, just Google for it. I did it for this book as well as the Freemason's Guide & Compendium.

Matt,
Thank you for the recommendation. I shall do my utmost to get my hands on a copy. Time to go googling again.

Well what a nice man Mr Mason is,
I have today received in the post a copy of this book and it is quite compelling reading and extremely informative with loads of useful information.
If you find a copy then grab it quick.
Thanks Bob.

Out of print, but I've managed to obtain a copy through www.abebooks.co.uk - good luck! Cora

Sometimes copies of this excellent little book come up for sale periodically on eBay. So it is worth having a look there. I too have a copy, I quite like it together with the Jackson Book called Beyond The Craft. I consider it recommend reading for those who are looking, at some future stage of their masonic careers which orders to join. Proton

I should have posted long before this so I apologise for letting the thread run on. I now have a copy of the book, in fact it was a bit like buses, none for ages then 2 came at once.

I'll certainly keep an eye out for one for you. I collect masonic books and know a few other guys who also have collections so I'll pass the word around.

Task completed.
An occasional goggle revealed a copy in Holland which I purchased for an all in price of 6 quid.
The info said 'slightly tatty' but it's pretty much pristine.
