Hi, I am wondering if there is any members from Croatia here? I am very interested in Freemasonry and it is my field of research for some time. Since here in Croatia, as far as I know, there is no women Freemasonry or co-masonry as well, I am stuck with my books. So I thought, well, Internet break all boundaries, why not to hang out with people with same interest Warm hello to all of you

Hi Natty and welcome to the forum. I am sad to learn there isn't as yet a Co-Mason or Women only presence in Croatia, no doubt in the fullness of time this will be rectified; my own Co-Freemason lodge (LDH) is almost 5 hours away by car and the journey can definitely take its toll, my wife (who is also a Mason) and I are usually out on the road by 7 am to ensure we make it there on time.
Anyway, with regards to your own situation have you checked to see where the nearest lodge is, whether it’s women only or a Co-Masonic one such as LDH?

Thanks for warm welcomes . I have checked and nearest women lodges are in Serbia and Italy. Italy is not so far away but I dont speak italian . Serbia is really far and I cant travel there and back in same day. Cant afford the trips too . I contacted LDH but havent got any answer on question is there any work of LDH here in Croatia or if there would be in near future. Obviously not, as Leo said. Anyway, I will keep studying just as I am doing now, and when time comes some door will open

It is deeply regrettable to learn there isn't yet either a women's only or a Co-Masonic presence in Croatia and I pray that in the fullness of time this will change. I am sure it will. I am delight, however, to see that despite this set back you will continue to study and learn about the Craft, this to me is always an encouraging sign. In the mean time keep visiting sites like this one as this too will help keep you focused until circumstances are such you'll find a lodge.
Good luck to you.
