Thank you Brother...its so hard to think of things that would improve it, any suggestions are very welcome...but an internet presence resulted in our meeting next Saturday attracting 65 odd attendees, against the usual London quota of 25...and I'm very proud to say that Bro Moderator will be there too.
Admin : and we are all looking forward to our visit

Perhaps this is the way to go in publicising Lodges and their Meetings? One of my ongoing criticisms of UGLE and its mind set is the reticence in publicising at Grass Roots (Ordinary Craft Lodge) level as is done in Scotland where the Meetings of local Lodges are listed in the newspapers with times and places and contact details and even what work is being done. Now this would NOT disclose any so-called "Secrets" as indeed has NOT been done by the announcements on Five Orders Lodge Website. A Freemason will understand all that is being said, a casual observer would simply read what the programme is for the coming Meeting. Most people these days either have a computer and internet access of their own, or have access to one and I would like to be able to access say the London Metropolitan Grand Lodge Web Site and be able to read what London Lodges were meeting this coming Saturday and what they were doing. Instead all I find is a load of rubbish about car rallies , golf tournaments , etc and other irrelevant chaff!
