Great link Paul.
Such openiness might work. I love this quote:
'Freemasonry seeks to reinforce thoughtfulness for others, kindness in the community, honesty in business, courtesy in society and fairness in all things."
Sort of sums it up, really.

Paul
It is good to see positive media whenever it arises, Surbiton Masonic Hall have had an open day for the last 3 years which has proved very successful.
Having just watched 'Flog it' on TV this afternoon, it was pleasing to see The Worcester Temple featured, one of the presenters is a Freemason and gave a guided tour to one of the lady presenters, it was very nicely done and quite interesting, she also made a good comment on what we stand for (Brotherly love, relief anf truth) and how much we raise every year for Charity. Altogether a good pro masonic piece.

PaulS, that is First Class! We need more open publicity like that. Compliments to the Willaston Lodge and Bro Gandy.

When the doors were opened to the public and press recently here in Denmark, the following articles were positive on the whole. Only glitch was that the press was a little disappointed that there didn't appear to be any big secrets or conspiracies to write about. ;D Events like these really seem to generate good publicity and raise awareness as well clearing misconceptions out of the way. Way to go, Willaston. [Sorry about the extra post (Reply #7)! But I can't Delete or Modify ... can a Mod please help?] (done as requested - penfold)
