One very useful and enjoyable book is "Beyond The Craft" by Keith B Jackson, ISBN 0 85318 207 8, available from most Masonic Regalia suppliers or from Lewis Masonic.
This little volume explains the Higher Degrees giving a brief outline of the story behind them, their origins, the Qualifications (apart from being a Master Mason) needed to become a member thereof , the Regalia Needed, the Titles of the Officers etc. As a member of most of the Orders contained therein, and two which are not, I commend this book to all Masons or someone interested in Freemasonry, to the new Brother to the Old Timer alike.

Agreed - an excellent publication
So Steve - which two are you in that aren't in the book?

Steve, do you use it as a reference book or as a diary?
