As masons within our community, it is our responsibility to uphold certain values etc. within that community. One item that I think has not been embraced by the masses of masons out there, and should be, is our role within the environment we live. So many communities and corporations are leading the charge to “Go Green”. Why are masons not at the front of this charge? As a fraternity why are we not standing up to be heard? We have been entrusted as steward of the environment we live in, for our families, and there family’s family. More of this article can be found here: masonsonthelevel.blogspot.com/Why should we "Go Green?" This is simply an anti-capitalist political agenda. There is no scientific evidence that "Climate Change" is caused by man, regardless of what Al Gore claims. There are already environmental laws on the books.

On this Bro Maximus we are in total 100% agreement. I have no time for Al Gore and the Eco-Fascists!
The Earth has gone through Hot-Cold-Hot cycles for aeons. Possibly the emmission of CO2 since the start of the Industrial Revolution, say the 1800s onwards, has augmented this process but that is all.
Unfortunately like "The King's New Clothes" , Governments, the Media and Politicians have bought into this bag of crap. As for Al Gore his only previous claim to fame was to lose the US Presidency to one of the biggest idiots of all time GW Bush!
My objection is not that the Greens are or aren't anti-Capitalist. I have no great love for that system myself unless it is moderated by employment protection and other such laws. However the Eco-loonies are anti-Industry and anti- technology and as such pose a real and immediate threat to my livelyhood and way of life. I have no time for the Green Meanies and sent one away from my door telling him that he would get the toe of my boot up his ar5e if he didn't "get going"!
