I don't mean to start an argument but everything I have read or heard about LHD American Federation is not good. LHD seems to be doing great in other countries but not in the U.S.

I have read bad about many organizations. It is best, in my opinion, to judge by the groups' works instead of propaganda.

Rembrandt, I agree with you; however it just seems to me that when American co-masonry went its own separate way. LHD American Federation loss a lot of their lodges. It says on their website, "We have Lodges in many of the principal cities of the United States." I don't think that's true. Plus, I think in Karen Kidd's book, she states they have six lodges. Now, I don't know how many lodges they have now but just seems like they have management or organizational issues.

That would be their issue, not ours. I don't know of any hard evidence on the issue so I leave it alone.

I know Karen well, and have been with her on research. As thorough as she is, I'm certain it is correct. Yes, we all wish them well.

I loved Karen Kidds books, I hope she continues to write more but I also hope that other co-masons or female masons get encouraged to write books as well.

I don't think it would take much to encourage Karen to write another book. She is a sharp one and seems to enjoy the horrid task of writing. I am sure that she will keep it up for years to come. Since I am hinting, I would like to speak ex cathedra and commit her to further books. Someone drop her a line to let her know that I am committing her to things.

I think that we are both wishing the best for them all. She is traveling as we speak to gather the last of the information for her current book. It is almost complete and is to hit the bookshelves in 6 months. Her publisher is Cornerstone. I wish I could be with her this month... she was in PA, then NJ, and I think going to NYC.
