I simply wish to guage what it is that's most important to a Freemason. Those of you familar with Desert Island Discs on BBC Radio 4 (For those across the pond. Radio 4 is UK based radio station. 198 Long wave).
For the sake of this topic we will discount the usual stuff like; life raft, mobile phone, etc. What I'd like to know is what are the three Masonic items you simply could not manage without?

Chris, It is, when you concider it, more difficult than first imagined. Three items does not seem an awful lot. Still thought some really great answers so far

Okay, having thought long and hard on this tricky question I would take the following 3 masonic articles.
Firstly I would take A New Encyclopeadia of Freemasonry by A.E. Waite. This book is a must for any Masonic Researcher.
2nd My masonic Apron, because when I am rescued by a Cruise Liner, they would bound to have a Masonic meeting arranged, and I wouldn't want to be improerly dressed!
3rd A Masonic Bible, because if no 2 didnt happen I am sure I would start to panic at some point, and I still haven't found a better comfort than some of the passages contained therein.
